Queste tipologie di sacchi sono fatti di rete in tessuto di monofilo di politene. Questi sacchi sono idonei e ideali per il confezionamento di molluschi con conchiglia, castagne, noci e frutta secca in generale, ma anche pietre e granulati di marmo.

Il sacco monofilo è un tessuto a giro inglese, le maglie sono sufficientemente rigide e piuttosto vicine per dare una buona coprenza.
Il sacco quadrello è un tessuto raschel, le maglie si presentano quadrate e larghe, per esaltare le caratteristiche del prodotto contenuto.
